Teach Me the Koran

I’ve never read the Koran from beginning to end.

So I’m going to.

And I’m inviting you to read it with me.

I’m not an Islamic scholar. I’m not here to tell you what you’re supposed to believe. I’m simply starting at the beginning, reading carefully, asking questions, looking at the Arabic words when they matter, examining the context, and trying to understand what the Koran actually says.

Maybe you’ve read it before.

Maybe you’re Muslim and have known it your whole life.

Maybe you’re Christian and have always wondered what it says.

Or maybe, like me, you’ve never even read it before.
